ENROLLMENT process

• APPLICATION: Rolling enrollment

• ASSESSMENT: Language Assessment by appointment

• ADMISSION NOTIFICATION: Within a couple of days after the assessment 

• ENROLLMENT: Completed by tuition payment and submission of required documents

Eligible to apply 

Kindergarten through 8th grade students who are motivated to learn the Japanese language and culture, with or without Japanese heritage. (Please understand that we may not be able to provide a desired class to all the applicants depending on the assessment result.)

Enrollment priority

Enrollment priority will be given in the order of the following criteria:
1. Returning students
2. Siblings of returning students / alumni families
3. Newly enrolling children
